A Four Seasons Boston Wedding – Jenna & Dan
April 10, 2017
Jenna and Dan’s wedding at the Four Seasons Boston was a highlight from last year. Super fun couple, possibly one of the highest energy receptions I have ever been too, and everything from start to finish looked amazing.
Having spoken and emailed a bunch running up to the wedding, I had not actually ever met Jenna and Dan until their rehearsal dinner the night before the wedding, which was itself bigger than many of the weddings I photographed last year. This let me spend some time with them and their family and friends, and I walked away knowing that the following day was going to be something special.
Chris and I met up with Jenna and Dan as they were getting ready at the Four Seasons. The girls were buzzing around with hair and make-up, while the guys were goofing around and having a ball. We met in the Public Garden for a first look surrounded by family and the wedding party. Dan’s reaction to seeing Jenna — who looked stunning — was awesome, doing a double take holding back tears that time. We then had a little time in the Garden for portraits before heading back inside for the ketubah signing and ceremony.
The reception that followed was one of the most high-energy events I have ever been to. Guests were treated to music by District 21, and you knew they were enjoying it. The dance floor was packed, making it next to impossible to navigate through it. Highlights included the hora, Dan bodysurfing the crowd, Jenna and Dan on stage with the band as Dan belted out a crowd favorite, and at one point the entire dancefloor coming together for a photograph. It was a truly incredible day, and one I am thrilled to share a little bit of below…
Jenna and Dan, thank you for having us at your wedding, and a big thanks to Chris for joining me once again. Great working with the following people:
