A Royal Sonesta Boston Wedding – Jennifer & Greg

Jennifer and Greg we married in June at the Royal Sonesta Boston on yet another overcast day. This past Spring and, well, Summer had it’s fair share of rain. While showers kept us inside for a bit, the clouds eventually parted enough to let us sneak outside for some great portraits with the Boston skyline in the background. All good! But the coup de grace came later in the evening. The confetti cannon entrance was pretty epic, and something I had never seen at a wedding before!

Chris and I met up with Jennifer and Greg as they were each getting ready. We all reconnected for a first look — always fun! — and a chance to get all of their family portraits out of the way. While the rain kept us inside I think it all worked out well, as folks stayed cool and comfortable prior to the ceremony in the ballroom. Under the huppah Jennifer and Greg said their I-dos, and then the sun came out, and we went outside with it! We were able to go out onto the boat docks outside the hotel for some great portraits with the city skyline and the Charles River as the only background.

Back inside, the reception kicked off with a confetti cannon entrance that certainly was dramatic! Formalities and dancing ensued, and everyone had a great time, including the kids making confetti angels on the floor all night! It was a great day, and one I am excited to share below. Check out some of my favorite moments from the day…

Thank you Jennifer and Greg for having us at your wedding! A big thanks to Chris for joining me for the day, and kudos to the following folks for their great work…
