A day with Kismet Rock Foundation // NH Climbing Photographer

I feel blessed to be part of a climbing community that is so involved and supportive of an organization like Kismet Rock Foundation. Of course, there are many, many more people and organizations that support is great non-profit. Yesterday marked my third year documenting a-day-in-the-life of the kids at Kismet. It is always such a rewarding experience to spend the day with the students, teachers and climbing guides. If you are not familiar with Kismet…

Kismet Rock Foundation enhances the physical, intellectual and emotional development of well-functioning but economically disadvantaged children by providing access to the immense value of a comprehensive and multi-dimensional education in technical rock climbing.

Definitely check them out, and consider making a donation. Below is a selection of images from yesterday of first year students nearing the end of their first week with Kismet… Enjoy!

Lots of smiles all day long. Cracks in clean white granite make me smile wide too…

My good friends at Sterling Rope continue to support Kismet by providing the best ropes available to keep the kids safe climb after climb, week after week…

Always under the watchful eye of Program Director Mike Jewel, who truly is a gem…
