One of my favorite weddings from last summer was Susan and Scott’s rustic farm wedding, which was held on their own farm in Madison, NH. Not only were Sue and Scott great to spend the day with, but the attention to detail they put into every aspect of their day was  incredible. From the table decorations sourced from second hand stores and re-donated afterwards, to the delicious pork that was raised on their farm and smoked in the backyard, to the beautifully decorated barn that screamed rustic New England, this wedding had it all. And personally, the coup de grace for me was that Sue and Scott are part of the same climbing community as me — it felt as though half of their guests were friends or acquaintances of mine. Their wedding was a blast, and it looked amazing. And, it wasn’t overlooked by the local media either. Shortly after publishing images on my blog I was contacted by Lakes Region Bride to possibly include the wedding as a feature in their 2013 issue. I am very excited to see the images in print, and even more so for Susan and Scott for getting some love for all of their hard work and great ideas! You can see the full issue and read the article here.

Also featured in the magazine was an image from Danielle and Jason’s wedding at The Wentworth in Jackson, NH. Their wedding was another highlight from the summer, and I am still talking about Danielle racing down to Black Mountain Road on a bike in her gorgeous gown… without ripping it too!
