Anna & Survival: A Boston College Engagement Session

Last night I scooted on down to Boston again, this time for Anna and Survival’s engagement session. I love shooting in locations I haven’t photographed before, especially ones that I’ve never even been to, and such was the case last night as I pulled onto the Boston College campus. The downside… I totally underestimated traffic getting there. I thought two hours was plenty of time… Oops!!! I was only a few minutes late (sorry!) and Anna and Survival were very understanding… maybe because they went to school here and knew the score, or maybe because they are both such awesomely wonderful people — or both! Regardless of my tardiness, BC made a great backdrop for this shoot because this was where they first met. Oh, and it’s gorgeous! We wandered around the campus for awhile, ducked into one of the libraries (who hasn’t spent time kissing in a library, really?) and ultimately ended up down at the football stadium. It so happens that Survival was a running back during his years at BC, so being down on the field and in the stadium was extra cool. We finished the evening across town in the North End with some night time portraits and some AMAZING pizza! It was a fun evening, and I am looking forward to their wedding, also in Boston, coming up in February. Below are a few of my favorites from last night…
