A Quechee Club Wedding – Kylene & Eric

The last weekend in September I was driving north to Vermont for Kylene and Eric’s Quechee Club wedding. I was in awe for much of the 2.5 hour drive, taking in the incredible Fall foliage along the I-89 corridor. As I rolled into Quechee, VT to meet up with Kylene the day only got better. I met Kylene at the house they were rent nearby the venue where she was getting ready. Back in Hanover, Amanda was doing the same thing with Eric and the guys. We all reconnected at the church in Hanover, NH, for their ceremony, and then it was back to Quechee for their reception. We first spent a little time taking portraits, which happened to be one of the most fun sessions I’ve ever had with a bride and groom on their wedding day. Imagine a bride navigating a golf cart off-road, on back country roads, you name it, with a groom hanging off of the back — wind in his hair loving it — the entire time. Yeah, that happened. We somehow managed to get back to the reception uninjured even if we had a few wrong turns — my bad! Back under the tent, things were done up to the nines. Everything looked stunning… for the second time that day I was in awe. Kylene and Eric’s reception was emotional, high energy, and just awesome. The night concluded with a candle lantern send off into the cool Vermont sky. Here’s a peek at how it all went down…

Thank you Kylene and Eric for having us along to photograph your wedding day. A big thanks to Amanda Young for joining me for the day. Great work also by the following people:
