Long Island NY Wedding Photos – Adrian & Patrick

I could not have been more excited than I was to be at Adrian and Patrick’s wedding on Long Island. You see, Adrian is my second photographer David’s sister! David and I have been to many, many weddings together. To be at his own sister’s wedding was something special. Don’t worry, David wasn’t shooting this day, but it was still fun having him around, as always. But the point of the day was Adrian and Patrick. Although Adrian and Patrick live in London, they chose to host their wedding in Adrian’s home town. I met up with her at her parent’s house before we all walked to the church. I LOVED that we walked to the church! Following the ceremony everyone hopped on buses and headed to The Bates House for the reception. Adrian and Patrick had been coached by David to allow a little extra time to ensure they got the images they wanted most. It was great having time to take a walk in the woods before dinner with them! After dinner, the party kicked off and when strong until midnight. We did manage to sneak out for a few night time shots, as well as a final sparkler exit.
