A Margate Lakefront Resort Wedding – Amanda & Tom

A week and a half ago I was in the Lakes Region for Amanda and Tom’s Margate wedding photos on Lake Winnipesaukee. I think it was about 172 degrees out, but aside from that it was an absolutely gorgeous day for a wedding. I knew going into this day that we were going to have a ton of fun, and that the party could get a little wild. We DID have a ton of fun, and the party WAS pretty wild, so at least my expectations were met :-) From the time Mark and I spent with Amanda and Tom as they were getting ready, their first look, a quite funny ceremony, a photo bombed sunset portrait session (yes, a drunk bystander did canon ball them, but it was super shallow and rocky, so I kinda hope it hurt because that wasn’t cool, dude), heartfelt toasts, and a raucous party, the energy, smiles and laughter never let up. I believe the bride and groom usually set the tone for the day, and Amanda and Tom were there to have some fun! Oh, and there were fireworks too! Below are some of my favorites from the day…
