Best of 2020 Engagement Photography

Here’s annual my best of 2020 engagement photography recap post. When we think back to 2020, I know my first thoughts drift to quarantine, rescheduling, and lots of uncertainty. But if I look past the very obvious and real challenges faced last year, there was quite a bit a joy too!

Engagement sessions kicked off in February with snow in the White Mountains. We took an unscheduled break until mid-June before getting back into it. Several sessions had to re-locate because of travel restrictions or closed parks, etc. But these were all just speed bumps along the way to what amounted to a wonderful season documenting couples’ engagement stories. From new homes, old college stomping grounds, to sunrises on a fishing boat, I had the pleasure of moving around, and the honor of photographing these great couples.
