Best of 2022 Engagement Photography

I am excited to share my Best of 2022 Engagement Photography annual post below. 2022 was a little slow in sessions for me, but I also had many more wedding clients from well out of state. Quite a few clients had to forgo their engagement session because of scheduling challenges getting back to New England. But for those that did schedule, they were awesome!

I always love photographing engagement sessions, and spending time getting to know clients better. There’s lots of reasons to do an e-session. Not only does it create familiarity for the wedding day, but it helps me learn how couples interact and act in front of the camera. While I think all of my clients make it look easy, I am sure many would tell you that the e-session is a little stressful, and being photographed is a little uncomfortable. The engagement session lets us work through some of that, and truly get to real emotion and moments, which also carries over into the wedding day.
