Harrington Farm Wedding Photos – Bonnie & Aakash
A couple of weeks ago I had the great pleasure of photographing Bonnie and Kash’s Harrington Farm wedding photos in Princeton, MA. The previous day I attended Bonnie’s mehndi ceremony where her hands and feet were painted with henna. There were also incredible traditional Indian dances and music. So, I knew the next day was going to be amazing, and it did not disappoint.
Bonnie and Kash planned a “fusion” ceremony that combined many traditional Indian traditions, as well as a number of western ones. The bridesmaids all wore saris while Bonnie wore a traditional western wedding gown, while Kash wore a traditional Indian wedding suit and his groomsmen all wore western suits. So cool! Being that I am not extremely well versed in the Indian wedding ceremony, I really enjoyed watching, and it seemed every time I looked another small ceremony or custom was being performed. It was so beautiful to see! David and I had a great time spending the day with Bonnie and Kash. They were so much fun to shoot for, and their day was filled with so many rich colors, warm smiles and hearty laughs.
Below are a few of my favorite images from the day…
