Dockside Restaurant Wedding

Vicki and Daniel’s Dockside Restaurant wedding took place last Fall on a perfect bluebird Maine day. There aren’t too many more pleasant places to be in New England than the Maine coast on a clear September day. This day was no exception. The Dockside is located with views of York Harbor, stretching out to the ocean beyond. It its on a secluded spit of land adjacent to the active Dockside marina. You have water, rocky coast, and a beautiful New England pier as your backdrop for the day. I am not sure that a Maine wedding gets much better!

I met up with Vicki and Daniel just before their ketubah signing in the dining room of the Inn. Their ceremony took place just out lawn overlooking the water. Afterwards, guests enjoyed cold drinks and mingling in the shade while we took some family and wedding party pictures, as well as portraits around the property.

Once inside, and formalities complete, DJ Rollin Rick kicked the party off in his typical fashion… great music and a packed dance floor. We did manage to break away for a few minutes to soak up the sunset, scooting down to the water and docks for a few pictures before heading back to the dance floor.

It was great to spend the day with Vicki, Daniel and their family and friends, and I am excited to finally share a glimpse of their Dockside Restaurant wedding below…
