Elegant Bedford Village Inn Wedding – Michelle & Steve
I love winter weddings, and Michelle and Steve’s Bedford Village Inn wedding is a perfect example of why. Their March wedding day included fresh snow, a cozy ballroom ceremony, and an incredible dance party to end the night.
Located just outside Manchester, New Hampshire, the Bedford Village Inn is one of the most popular barn-style wedding venues in southern New Hampshire. In addition, the venue features a beautiful ballroom, elegant grounds, and convenient on-site accommodations. Guests can stay in rooms above the ballroom or in the nearby Grand Hotel and inn buildings. As a result, it is a great choice for couples planning a full wedding weekend.
I started the day with Michelle and Steve while they got ready for their wedding. Once everyone was dressed and ready, we met for their first look. Afterward, we completed family portraits before the ceremony began. Because we finished portraits early, the couple could relax and enjoy more of their cocktail hour later in the evening.
Their indoor ceremony took place in the Bedford Village Inn ballroom. The ceremony space features large bay windows, warm wood accents, and soft natural light. Together, those details created a cozy atmosphere that fit the winter season perfectly. Meanwhile, family and friends gathered nearby as Michelle and Steve exchanged vows and officially became husband and wife.
Following the ceremony, we stepped outside for snowy wedding portraits. Without a doubt, snow adds something special to winter wedding photos, especially in New Hampshire. Fortunately, Michelle and Steve had the perfect conditions for portraits. Snow covered the ground, but the weather stayed clear throughout the afternoon. As a result, the snowy landscape around the Bedford Village Inn created a beautiful backdrop for their wedding photos.
Once we returned inside, Hot Mess was ready to start the reception. After the formal dances and speeches, the dance floor filled up quickly. From that point on, the celebration never slowed down. In fact, guests packed the dance floor for most of the evening. Because of that energy, the reception felt lively from start to finish.
