Brookline MA Engagement Session – Jill & David
Last night, I traveled to Brookline to meet up with Jill and David for their engagement photos. They are planning a March wedding in the White Mountains, which will look very different from the warm, green summer evening we had for their session.
Right now, it’s all lush landscapes and flip-flop weather. In contrast, their wedding day will likely include snow boots and winter scenery. I appreciate both seasons, but after this past winter, the summer vibe felt especially welcome.
We met at Larz Anderson Park, which was the perfect location for their engagement session. Not only is it a beautiful park, but it also holds personal meaning for them. Before moving out of the city, Jill and David spent time there flying kites and relaxing together. Because of that connection, it felt like a natural choice for their photos.
As we explored the park, we wandered through open fields, scenic overlooks, and quiet paths. Along the way, we stopped frequently to capture moments as they unfolded. The combination of meaningful location and relaxed energy made the session feel easy and authentic.
Overall, their Brookline engagement photos reflect both their story and the season they’re currently in. I’m excited to photograph their winter wedding in the White Mountains, but for now, here are a few of my favorite images from this summer engagement session.
