Kroka Expeditions Wedding – Rebecca & Peter
Every once and awhile a wedding is so completely different from other weddings, and when that happens I get pretty exciting, which was the case for Rebecca and Peter’s NH wedding at Kroka Expeditions. Peter’s family founded this beautiful non-profit adventure school in Marlow, NH. Hiking, climbing, kayaking… all the things I spent my youth toiling away at! Nowadays, Rebecca and Peter live out of state, but the school holds special meaning for them, so what better place to have their wedding. They were married a quarter mile-ish out in the woods at a lovely clearing, and held their reception in the camp’s gear barn… though I only dream of having such a gear barn! Chris and I met up with them just before the ceremony, and then spent a little more time with them just afterwards taking portraits around the farm. Dinner was served upstairs in the barn, and was interspersed with toasts by family and friends. Back downstairs a rager of a barn party kicked off. It was such a pleasure to spend the day with Rebecca and Peter. I don’t think I have ever met someone who smiled so much and so big as Rebecca, or as gracious as Peter. I am excited to share below some of my favorite images from their day…
