Lake Winnipesaukee Engagement Session – Elizabeth & Sam

Elizabeth and same chose their family home for their Lake Winnipesaukee engagement session. The Lake in NH is a pretty magical place for a photographer… well, for anyone, really… and made even more so getting to shoot an engagement session at a couple’s family home on an island only accessible by boat. Such was case for Elizabeth and Sam’s engagement session. They traveled north from their home in the mid-Atlantic for the shoot, and kindly picked me up at the doc to head out to Sam’s family home on one of the many islands scattered around the lake. The home is situated on the tip of an island, and has pretty spectacular positioning! On the island we met Elizabeth and Sam’s dog who joined us for a little bit. He was shortly replaced by the world’s largest mosquito population… all part of the charm of island living 🙂 Elizabeth and Sam were such fun to spend the evening with, and I can’t wait for their wedding in Rockport, MA.
