I’m a little behind on blogging, but I’m excited to share Katie and Shawn’s incredible Omni Mount Washington Resort wedding in the heart of the White Mountains.

The past 10 days have been packed with amazing celebrations. In fact, I photographed four weddings, a rehearsal dinner, a baby session, and even an engagement session up in Maine. Because of that, I have some catching up to do—and this Mount Washington Hotel wedding is the perfect place to start.

After photographing Katie and Shawn’s Portsmouth engagement session, I already knew their wedding day would be something special. Still, it exceeded every expectation. From start to finish, everything came together beautifully.

The day began with preparations surrounded by the stunning mountain scenery that makes the White Mountains such a sought-after wedding destination. Katie looked absolutely incredible, and the excitement carried throughout the entire day. Their ceremony took place at a beautiful church in Berlin, New Hampshire, adding a classic and meaningful touch to the celebration.

Afterward, everyone returned to the Omni Mount Washington Resort for the reception. As always, the venue delivered an unforgettable backdrop, with sweeping views, elegant spaces, and that iconic grand hotel atmosphere.

As the evening continued, the energy only built. The dance floor was packed, and at one point the celebration even included some impressive flips—making it one of the most fun and high-energy receptions I’ve seen in a while. To top it all off, the day ended with an incredible White Mountains sunset, which gave us the perfect light for a few final portraits.

Overall, this Mount Washington Hotel wedding truly had everything: stunning scenery, an amazing couple, and an unforgettable celebration. I’m excited to finally share a few of my favorite moments from Katie and Shawn’s wedding day.
