When you care about the experience and the photos.

There is a sweet spot between “we do not care about photos” and “our wedding is basically a content shoot.” That is where my favorite couples live.

You want incredible portraits. You care about the location, the light, and the once-in-a-lifetime feeling of having everyone in one place.

But you also want to laugh with your friends, hug your parents, crush the dance floor, actually eat the food, and let the day fly by in the best possible way.

It’s your wedding, not a photo shoot. It should feel that way.

Approach: A little direction. A lot of real life.

Some moments do need a plan though.

Family photos go better when someone is keeping things moving. Portraits are better when there is time, good light, and a location worth using. A little guidance can make a huge difference.

But not everything needs to be directed. The best moments usually aren’t. They happen when you are laughing too hard to pose, tearing up before anyone notices, or getting pulled into a hug you did not see coming.

My approach gives you both: enough direction to make the photos strong, and enough space for the day to stay real.

No hovering. No turning every interaction into a staged moment. No spending the whole day in photo mode.

Just the right amount of guidance so you can relax, have fun, and trust that the good stuff is being caught.

Let’s talk investment.

Every wedding is different, so I don’t believe in forcing you into a cookie-cutter photo package. Your final Collection will include the time you need, and only the extras you want.

All Collections include: Zoom or In-Person Consultation(s), Timeline & Planning Advice, High Resolution Digital Files, Professional Editing, Private Online Gallery, and Image Download.

Wedding Collections start at $4,000. Most couples invest between $5,000 – $6,500 for full day wedding coverage. Elopements and Micro Weddings start at $1,800.

Every couple gets my 60-page wedding planning guide, plus sneak peek images the night-of or day-after your wedding. Here’s what working together looks like.

Frequently asked questions

What’s your style?

Creative documentary. I work unobtrusively, let your day unfold, and step in with a little direction when it helps, plus relaxed portraits and your family groups.

When do we get our photos?

A sneak peek the night of or day after your wedding, and your full online gallery in 8 to 12 weeks, often sooner. A typical eight-hour wedding yields 600 to 800 images.

Do you travel?

Absolutely. Travel up to 100 miles each way is included, and I’ve photographed weddings from the White Mountains to Wyoming and the Caribbean.

Do we need two photographers?

Not always, but a second photographer helps with larger weddings, tight timelines or multiple locations. We can talk through what makes sense for your day.

Are you insured, and what if something happens?

Yes, and I’m happy to send your venue a certificate of insurance. I carry backup cameras, record every image to two memory cards, and have trusted associates on call in an emergency.

How do we reserve our date?

Once you’re ready, I send a contract through your own secure client portal. Sign online, pay the 1/3 retainer by card or check, and your date is locked in.

Tell me about your day.

If your wedding is shaping up to be joyful, adventurous, emotional, and a little bit wild in the best way, I would love to hear about it.

Tell me when and where it’s happening, and what you are most excited about. I’ll get back to you with availability and more detailed information.
