Red Barn at Outlook Farm Wedding – Rebecca & Brendan
Rebecca and Brendan’s Red Barn at Outlook Farm wedding was a perfect example of how a little rain can make a Maine wedding day feel even more memorable. Their early October celebration brought classic New England fall vibes — cool air, soft light, and just enough mist to give everything a romantic atmosphere.
I began the day photographing Rebecca getting ready at her childhood home, a meaningful and relaxed start to the day. Brendan and the guys were just down the road at the Stage House Inn in Berwick, Maine, getting ready. The couple chose to skip a first look, saving that moment for the ceremony—and it paid off in a big way. With the rain moving the ceremony indoors, the Red Barn created a warm, inviting setting. Guests gathered around the fireplace, creating a cozy backdrop as Rebecca walked down the aisle and Brendan saw her for the first time. It was one of those genuine, emotional moments that defines a wedding day.
Despite the weather, we were able to step outside for portraits before and after the ceremony, taking advantage of the soft, diffused light that rainy days in Maine are known for. The grounds at Outlook Farm provided a beautiful backdrop, with early fall colors just starting to show.
From start to finish, Rebecca and Brendan embraced the day exactly as it came—and that’s what made it so special.
