Stevens-Coolidge House Engagement Photos

Yesterday I met up with Margaret and Laert for their Stevens-Coolidge House engagement photos. Their chocolate lab Emma joined us as well, which always makes for a great session! Margaret and Laert will be getting married next Spring in Tewksbury, MA.

The Stevens-Coolidge House is comprised of lush gardens and some cool architecture. Until walking around briefly with Margaret’s mother, I had forgotten that I once did wedding day portraits there several years ago. I suppose my memory isn’t so good, but once walking about it all came back. Compared to that day, when we stopped on our way from the church to the reception, we had a lot more time to explore the property, and perfect light to shoot in. Margaret and Laert smiled through mosquito swarms, and Margaret even bravely tested the voltage of the electric fences for us. We wrapped up the night climbing a big ‘ole tree for a last few shots.
