Hampton Beach Family Photos

Last night I met the Parisi family for their Hampton Beach family photos. I have known Pat and Angela for years through my wife, and their adorable children since they were born, so it was a pleasure to spend the evening on the beach with them. I mean, I love photographing people, and sometimes the only thing better is photographing friends! As is the case with most kids, they took a little bit to warm up — but once they did it was all smiles and goofiness. I even had an assistant for part of the shoot and ended up in an image or two myself :-) Here are a few of my favorites from last night…

It’s always such a treat to spend an evening on Hampton Beach with a wonderful family like the Parisis. Pat and Angela’s girls have grown so much since I first started photographing them, and it means so much to be trusted with capturing Hampton Beach family photos for their family year after year. The New Hampshire seacoast offers some of the best light for family portraits, especially in the golden hour just before sunset, and Hampton Beach in particular gives us that perfect mix of sand, sea grass, and rocky outcroppings to work with.
