Sunday River Wedding Photos – Audra & Ryan
As we’re in the midst of one of the best ski seasons in recent memory, it’s only fitting to share Audra and Ryan’s Sunday River wedding photos! No, there wasn’t any snow on the ground for their October wedding, but the beautiful foliage more than made up for that shortcoming :-)
I met up with Audra and Ryan at the Jordan Hotel where they were getting ready. It’s always convenient when a couple is getting ready at the same hotel, as I am able to pop back and forth between them. Audra and Ryan chose not to have a first look, and I absolutely loved Ryan’s reaction to Audra coming down the aisle. Often grooms are more reserved in front of all of their family and friends, but Ryan let his excitement and awe hang out, and it was great!
The Jordan Terrace overlooks the mountain, and on this day was exploding with Fall color. It was a warm day for the season also, which brought all of the lady bugs out. On a few of the ceremony photos, if you look closely, you’ll see dozens of ladybugs on Ryan. They were everywhere! It was cool and crazy all at the same time.
Following the ceremony, we had to zip through group photos. This left is a little time for bride and groom portraits before joining cocktail hour. Their reception was taking place in Sliders restaurant, which has a bit of a rustic barn feel. It was done up well, and their guests came to party. A dance set right after intros set the tone, and the dancefloor stayed packed throughout.
We did manage to sneak out for a few portraits by the fireplace in the main lobby. It was a nice book-end to the day. Below are some of my favorite iSunday River Wedding Photos from their day…
